Release the true potential of resourceful humans in your organization!
Our world is becoming more and more VUCAP (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous and Polarized) but we are still working with ‘old-school’ organizational structures. A new personal and organizational development paradigm – called TEAL- with a focus on more people-centric, self-governing and network-based organizations is being developed, discussed and tested, and is growing rapidly in popularity. This interactive lecture will address the principles behind it, and Erwin Van Waeleghem will present examples and his own case study from the police force in Leuven (Belgium) where he has kick started a culture transformation. Managers of the future, come and hear this!
Erwin Van Waeleghem (BE) is full-time police commissioner/criminologist in the City of Leuven (Belgium). He is also a Global Seed planter as ‘Tealspirator’, International Inspirational Steward (co-president) for the international Teal for Teal Foundation, co-founder of the Belgian branch of the Semco Style Institute, co-founder of the Belgium Tilts movement, and initiator of several initiatives towards more people-centred and essential values-based Leadership within all sectors of society.
